The purpose of this document is to provide a high-level overview of the features and functionalities available in our EBizCharge for BigCommerce integration.

EBizCharge Features

Storefront

  • Ability for saved customers and guest customers to process payments using the EBizCharge payment method option when checking out.
  • Ability for customers to email themselves a receipt.

Orders

  • Ability to void or refund individual items, entire orders, or apply order level voids and refunds.

Settings

  • Ability to configure whether EBizCharge will process only a pre-authorization or pre-auth and capture in one step.
  • Ability to capture payments upon order shipment when pre-authorization is enabled.
  • Ability to perform a quick sale when pre-auth and capture is enabled
  • Ability to configure the Customer ID to be used for all guest customer transactions, if guest transactions are enabled in BigCommerce settings.
